Founder & Partner
Ed is a seasoned fintech entrepreneur with nearly 40 years of experience across real estate, lending, and structured finance. He built and exited a $650M platform to Realogy and later founded FinServ. He now leads strategic growth, platform expansion, and institutional capital relationships across FinServ’s integrated lending ecosystem.
Jake Weiser
CEO & Partner
Jake is a fintech and specialty finance executive with over 13 years of experience. He began as General Counsel at a leading fintech lender, building legal, compliance, and operational infrastructure while supporting credit facility and equity raises. Prior to FinServ, he managed a private credit-focused family office and now contributes to platform growth and strategic initiatives.
Cy Weiser
COO & Partner
Cy leads loan lifecycle management and portfolio oversight at FinServ. He has built and scaled multiple specialty finance platforms and managed over $100M in commercial real estate debt. Previously, he oversaw operations and procurement for a national healthcare organization with a $400M annual budget, bringing disciplined execution and operational depth to the platform.
Robin Mokhtar
CFO
Robin is a senior fintech finance executive with 20+ years of experience managing $10B+ in AUM across private credit, equity, and commercial finance. He held leadership roles at Nomura, White Oak, and PennantPark, overseeing treasury, compliance, and operations, and has delivered $500M+ in value through automation and strategic initiatives.
Mo Noorali
Director of Capital Markets
Mo is a capital markets executive with 20 years of experience across trading and structured products. He held roles at Bank of America, Nomura, and GFI, where he built and led a Non-Agency mortgage platform and traded securitized products with institutional investors. He now oversees capital markets strategy and portfolio management within FinServ’s lending platform.

Toni is a lending and operations professional with 10+ years of experience in real estate finance. She has driven process optimization and performance improvements at Precision Asset Management and closed 500+ loans at Better Mortgage. Toni holds a BBA and MBA and is focused on scalable, responsible lending practices within FinServ’s platform.
