Ed is a seasoned entrepreneur with nearly 40 years in real estate, mortgage lending, and fund management. He built and sold a $650M, 450-person operation to Realogy, and later founded Tower Fund Capital. Today he leads business development, expansion, and all key equity and credit relationships..
Jake Weiser - CEO & Partner
Jake has over 13 years of experience in specialty finance, starting as General Counsel at one of the nation’s largest fintech lenders. He built legal, compliance, and operational frameworks and helped secure multiple credit facilities and private equity investments. Before joining Tower Fund, he managed a family office focused on private credit.
Cy Weiser COO & Partner
Cy oversees the full loan cycle and portfolio at Tower Fund. He previously built multiple specialty finance platforms and managed a commercial real estate debt portfolio exceeding $100M. Earlier, he directed operations and procurement for a national healthcare operator with a $400M annual budget.
Robin Mokhtar - CFO
Robin has 20+ years managing over $10B in AUM across private credit, equity, and commercial finance. He led financial operations, treasury, and compliance at major global platforms including Nomura, White Oak ($10B), and PennantPark ($8B). He has achieved more than $500M in savings through automation and strategic initiatives
Mo Noorali - Director of Capital Markets
Mo brings two decades of experience in capital markets, trading, and structured products at firms like Bank of America, Nomura, and GFI. He built a Non-Agency mortgage desk and traded key securitized products with institutional investors. Most recently, he led Capital Markets and portfolio management in private lending.
Toni Occhipinti - Director of Originations
Toni is a seasoned lending and operations professional with over 10 years in real estate finance. She optimized processes and performance metrics at Precision Asset Management and previously closed 500+ loans at Better Mortgage with top-tier results. She holds a BBA and an MBA and focuses on responsible, sustainable lending practices
